Starting a new year and going on a new journey together.

     On 5th January 2023, the 93rd job elite gratitude activity of Weihai Ziguang was  held in the auditorium of Intelligent Industrial Park, which is the first session of 2024, and also the first time for Weihai Ziguang's management, post elites and employee representatives to gather together after the new auditorium was put into use to welcome the new force, salute the outstanding employees together

    Unifying thoughts, sharing values, and laying out 2024, all Ziguang colleagues took an oath, writing persistence with actions and letting beliefs burst with power.

    Thanks to the correct leadership of the party, thanks to the prosperity of the country, making the enterprise rooted in the development of fertile soil, achieving rapid growth and expansion. All Ziguang colleagues sang "Singing the Motherland".

Welcoming new employees, gathering strength

    Representatives of the job elite give out work cards to the newly promoted employees, expressing expectations, heritage responsibility and mission, the newly promoted employees deeply feel the company's culture.

Ms Deng Shuling, Director of Weihai Ziguang Special Medicine and Special Dietary Division, gave her heartfelt message.

    With the strivers as the basis, Weihai Ziguang adheres to the core values of "for the staff, respect the staff, achieve the staff", thanks to the excellent staff's contribution to the development of the company, Weihai Ziguang Youjian general manager Mr. Li Sen led the management representatives to bow to express their gratitude.

    Enjoy the birthday together. Ms Jiang Zhuqing, Minister of Production and Supply Department of Weihai Ziguang, sent delicate cakes to the elites for their birthdays in December and January one by one, which conveyed the company's infinite warmth to the employees.

    The exchange and sharing part of this gratitude activity combines the current hotspots, company policies and departmental needs to arrange the theme. Looking forward to 2024, Weihai Ziguang will consolidate the harmonious enterprise culture, pursue excellence with high efficiency and pragmatism, and conquer the challenges with innovation.

Growing Together with Ziguang

    Sublimating gratitude with songs, promoting enterprise culture with notes, telling the mission responsibility, inspiring the dream of progress, all the colleagues of Ziguang listened to the enterprise song played by erhu, and interpreted the "Hand in Hand Ziguang" sign language dance with the colleagues of Pinnacle Publicity Centre.
